United Food Labs, Inc. (“UFL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.unitedfoodlabs.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we collect or receive in the course of providing analytical, formulation, or Nutrition Facts Label services to clients under a separate engagement, which is governed by the applicable service agreement and any related confidentiality terms.

Information You Provide. If you submit an inquiry or request a quote through the Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company name, business address, phone number, and email address, along with any message or project details you include.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, health information, trade secrets, formulas, or other confidential or proprietary information through a general Site form unless UFL specifically requests or authorizes you to do so.
Information Collected Automatically. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to collect information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the Site. We use this information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our services.
CAPTCHA. Our contact and quote request form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
